Not receiving incoming calls

I have AT&T Samsung Galaxy S2 1727 unlocked to use for Simple Mobile service. I can make a call when i put in SIM CARD but can not receive incoming calls

Sounds like an issue with your provider, i would suggest to call up your service provider and ask them about it.

Yeah...your issue does sounds like one you need to contact your service provider about.
