After the 4.3 update recently I haven't received any notifications on my phone. I had been using handcent for my texts and thought it had to be something with that. I had removed it and went with the stock text messaging and it still isn't working. I have the sound on and the settings to receive notices but I'm not getting anything in the top bar or even any sounds. It's also doing it for Facebook. I have a S4 on the Verizon network and I'm running stock 4.3. Any help would be appreciated

If trying several sounds/vibration types on notifications doesn't work, double check the notification box in Application Manager to see if it's somehow unchecked.
A lot of people are running into issues with the update on both SPR and VZW. Many had to do a factory reset to get things working properly even with unrooted phones.
