Not Receiving Texts (need help)

Apparently my Android Huawei isn't receiving any texts. This girl says she texted me and I didn't get any text. I told her to text me again, she did, and still no text. I tried texting her and she says she didn't receive any text.

Now this is really weird because I'm able to receive and send texts with other friends, but when it comes to her, it doesn't seem to work at all.

Please help a bro out

Some people are having problems sending text to certain phones on certain carriers.
Does she happen to have an Iphone or HTC?
