Not receiving voicemail notifications??

is anyone else not getting voicemail notifications?I went to the blue Kuban ROM about 2 days ago,I went to my voicemail today to change some stuff up and I have like 4 new voice mails..but I never got any notification.can any1 help?I Have no problem receiving calls or texts....

I'm on boost Mobile it fails during setup when trying to dial to personalize

We are all on boost mobile in this forum teach me... I'm using it now. I'm not sure why your having issue's.. Which ROM are you on?

The blue Kuban. When I hit personalize it dials then hangs up

OK it dialed that time does the app need to be open to let me know i have voicemail ?
