Help Not recieving MMS messages

I wonder if anyone can help with this. I tried a forum serach, but nothing seemed to answer the question.

At least 60% of the time when someone sends me a picture message I will get the option to download the picture. When I click "download" the box turns to grey text that says "downloading" but it never downloads, just goes back to the download button. This happens in both the stock messages program as well as Go SMS.

I am on Vodafone and I am connected to the 3G network, but it doesn't download. On Go SMS it gives me a date when the message will expire.

Does anyone else have this problem and a suggestion on how to fix it?

First port of call with this type of problem is to check your APN settings.

Go to... Settings > Wireless and network > Mobile networks > Access Point Names

Check that the setting your are using exactly matches the one shown in this post:-

If not, then select Menu > New APN and enter the details, exactly, as shown in the post and then save and select it as your default APN.

were did you find this APN ? I was wondering if you can see what Bell Canada would be so I can check mine as well. I had this problem before but it seems like I am able to send now since I updated to 3.3.6
