Help not ringing

Hi, i have an optimus l3 phone and i installed shype, but if my phone has a black screen and someone calling or mess me, the phone dont wake-up and dont ringing (the phone are set to never stop wifi conection). the same problem with viber and whatsapp. Only situation when ringing is GSM calls and sms. Pls help me
