Help not starting

my phone is great, a little laggy but i dont mind that , but lately i will start it and it will get past the virgin mobile screen to where it just displays samsung for a bit...but it wont stop...it just sits there ... the past two days i took out the battery and restarted it and it would work the second or third time...but ive been doing that all day and it doesnt work...

If a new battery doesn't help, you might have to call VM for a replacement phone.

Turn the phone off

Remove battery

Remove SD card

Let sit for 15 min,

Put the battery back in but leave the memory card OUT, then start it up.

Give it a few minutes, once it get to homescreen THEN but memory card back in.

I noticed mine would get this issue from time to time when my battery was low and I tried to do a reboot. Maybe plug in your phone, let it charge for a while, then try to boot up again. Has worked for me thus far.
