So i got the Samsung Modus HM6450 bluetooth headset for my Galaxy S3 (Metro, Rooted with Metropolis 4.1.2 Rom) I can not get the Samsung Freesync software on the andorid market. However i found it elsewhere, installed it, and it auto shuts down. According to Samsung it should work with all galaxy products. According to the market it is not compatible. Of course there has not been an update to this software since android 2.2. I guess my question is does anyone else no of any software free or pay that i will work like the Samsung Free Sync. I want to be able to voice dial from my phone, and speech to text.

Thank You in advance for any advice.

moved you to the app forum, since that is what you are asking for.

yeah the freesync is only for those devices that are on froyo(2.2) and gingerbread(2.3.3)

since you are on a 4.0 rom, it will not work.

have you tried any other bluetooth apps that are out there? i can help you with that as i do not use a bluetooth headset.

Thanks for moving to the correct section. Most of the similar bluetooth apps are for automobiles. Which does not help with just a bluetooth headset. I have filed a complaint to Samsung about supporting newer technologies. Not that it will matter.

If anyone else out there knows of any software please let me know.

It could have something to do with the ROM you are using, as I see ocnbrze pointed that out.

This would cause the app to not work at all.
