Not surprised...

Who cares? The Captivate will be 2.5-3 years old, if not older by the time we'd even get ICS and we don't even have Gingerbread yet. You're going to have a different HSPA+ or LTE, dual, tri, or quad-core phone by then anyways.

You really want it? Root your phone and flash one of the many, many, many ICS Rom's that will be available, they'll be better than anything Samsung puts out anyways. Should Chevy put Navigation in your 1990 Pickup because the 2005 model has it?
