Help Not syncing

Not sure what has happened to my phone but it's suddenly stopped syncing.

I noticed last night that it wasn't sending emails from my gmail account so I restarted and they sent. However now on all my accounts with gmail/twitter and so on, when I hit sync now it's not doing anything.

I've restarted again but nothing.

Any ideas anybody?

actually sorry think I've fixed it. It seems that my internal storage had got to a point where it stopped syncing
