I guess the Note 1 is getting JB. Nice. I thing going from GB to ICS to JB shows some commitment from Samsung. Makes me less worried about getting a Note 2.

Na, I'm a Droid X user. Any time a mfg updates an older phone twice on a one year old phone, even with the next model already out, seems like a good indication of updates to future Note 2 owners (like me when VZW gets it).

Seems like with leaks/rumor of android 4.2 KLP and the "New" Droid Razr HD already out with older hardware and ICS makes me hesitant to jump from my current Droid X to the Razr HD. By time it gets JB, KLP will already be out.
I sure hope the Note 2 works great for me. Seems like a good phone for my needs. More so than my other choice of the Razr HD (2nd choice if Note 2 is too big).
