Help Note 10.1 stuck when turned on

Hello !

So, I've been using my Galaxy note 10.1 for 6 months and I have never encountered any problem. But yesterday when I tried to turn it on I've got a screen with "Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1" written in it and my tablet won't actually turn on !

So I did some research, and someone said that installing a previous version of Jelly Bean would fix the problem, but I don't know how

Could someone please help me

Can someone please help me, I just need to know how to downgrade my note 10.1 to a previous version of Jelly Bean.

Are you still having this problem? Will it not turn back on?

Have you tried holding the power button down until the device reboots. That should get you working again.

I tried that but it doesn't work.
