Help Note 10 plus still on Android 9, Jan 2021

I recently bought Note 10 plus. Using the phone for the last two weeks, all is good except fact, I'm not receiving update to Android 10...

• One UI version 1.5
• Android 9
• Android security patch level - 1 October 2019

I wonder if this is normal or should I be worried.

Any help would be most welcome...

I am based in Ireland if it matters.

The Note 10 was updated to Android 10 early last year. The fact yours is still on Android 9, I don't think is normal.

Some possibilities that could prevent updates, Is it rooted? Are you in the country and/or region your device was intended for? If it's a carrier variant, are you using that carrier?

Phone bought on German Amazon two weeks ago. Not rooted, unlocked, EU version.
I live in Ireland, and I'm on Vodafone

i would contact vodafone and see what they say. just curious though what exact model number do you have?

Since it's only been two weeks I am using the phone, I'll wait a little longer, if still not receive update, will contact them.
My model is SM-N975F.
