Help Note.2 Bad Signal Quality

Hi Everyone!

I have 2 smartphones, Samsung Galaxy-3 and Samsung Note-2, while setting in the same place and using same mobile data network i observe that my galaxy is browing internet much faster than note-2.
Or you can say where galaxy3 is internet signals are average, note-2 signal are almost zero there.
Please please if anybody know how can i improve the signal quality of note-2.
Thanks in advance

Hi and welcome to the forums! :)

That is strange. If you swap the SIM cards over (so the data accounts swap) does the same thing happen or does it reverse? (Trying to find out if its the phone or the carrier account)

Thank you so much for the reply.
Yes i changed even the sim cards but the problem persists which means that the problem is in mobile.
Normally note2 is a large mobile so it should have a strong antenna than galaxy 3 but its not

Try removing the back of the note 2 and looking at the contacts of the antenna. See if there worn or need cleaned. If they appear scratched or copper platting is dull. Clean with rubbing alcohol. Make sure the back snaps on tight afterwards.

Dont think so. Try seeing what kind of signal you get with the cover off. Maybe for both? But I get zero if its off..

Well, it is. I had an unoriginal flipcover without the chips for quite a while. The only difference was no NFC. Phone worked fine otherwise. Got an original, NFC back. Do a google search.
