Help note 2 browser stays full screen

I use the default browser that came with the phone. I noticed with the full screen option on or off it still stays on full screen mode to where the notification bar does not show. How do I go about fixing this without downloading another browser. I havent found a browser I like besides the default one so i am trying to fix this instead of replacing it.

Any suggestions?

Double Swype quickly at the top of the screen, as if you were pulling down the taskbar quickly twice, it's tricky! wither In landscape or portrait. it'll bring back your taskbar momentarily and allow you to check notifications and access them.
