Last night my phone wouldn't charge. Finally it took a charge, but not for long. I plugged it back in and it wouldn't give the lightening with the battery like it was connected. So I took off the back, very carefully, and did my best to clean out the charge port. I lightly used a few brissels from a toothbrush and air. That appears to be working (for now). BUT, now the menu, back and home buttons are not working. I don't get it. I was super careful, and even when the back is off, there isn't much anything from the buttons exposed. Any help? Please?!
