Okay, that said, did Samsung actually sell replacement battery covers (without the flip cover thingy) (Yeah, I bit your word).
 
So when I go into Verizon & tell them "undecided" what color will they bring back :idea::rolleyes:

few years ago white looked expensive, then suddenly all comes in white and it became standard color.
If I could choose & judging from S3, I think the grey 1 or the brown 1 look more sophisticated (for me).
Actually I love red but the red s3 is not like red masai
For now Im ordering the grey 1
 
I got the white one! I have a white trend for my electronics haha! The only thing green is my iPod nano. Those color cases that Samsung advertised with the note2 are those for sale anywhere? Loving those colors :)

Titanium grey. Wish they had a default black, and I'd have considered a red, but I've SEEN the white ones and they get filthy FAST. Even with a case I can see scratches and damage being more visible on the white than grey.
 
Well, i don't know if I can change my answer, but it will soon be both. Just purchased a white international version to use as media player and I'm gonna get grey using my upgrade. Mopho is gonna be sold to best buy on buyback.
 
Should I stick with 2 white Note 2's or go back to Best Buy and return the white, in order to special order the grey?

I think I'm going in this weekend to set up the return and order the grey. I just hope it's as "simple" as the manager was saying it'll be for them. I also hope he keeps his word about giving me a temporary phone to use until the grey comes in.

Good news is, the grey actually did show up in stock yesterday, but I couldn't leave work to go exchange for one of them and now they're all sold out everywhere...again...LOL.

I'm holding out hope that they randomly get stocked with grey ones, cuz apparently random shipments can come in any day. They just suggested I keep calling in (which I obviously don't want to do...LOL).
 
He gave you the best advise. Keep calling in. More times than not it helps to nag. Have you called more than one Best Buy or does the exchange have to be from the particular store you purchased from?

ROFLMAO...On Wednesday, when many of the stores seemed to get the titanium grey in stock, I called 8 stores within a 25-30 mile radius from my work. The one I purchased the white from on Sunday said that they couldn't hold the 3 that they showed in inventory. So, I decided that I'd try getting off work as early as I could, to drive down there (hoping that they wouldn't have sold all 3 by then). I called a couple hours later, right before I was getting ready to leave to head over, and they apparently sold all of them (good thing I didn't just go there without calling first).

I think I've already got my plan set. Checking the best buy website, I noticed that now, the phone can be ordered and shipped to the store directly (within 5-7 business days), so I don't think it'll be as much hassle for them as I initially thought.
 
White all the way here, as for whoever said they get dirty, no way! I work in a vehicle workshop and use the phone everyday, if it gets dirty I just wipe it clean, still looks as good as the day I brought it, 1 month ago :D
 
Do I have to worried about discolouration on the White vs the Grey?

What about materials on the White vs the Grey - which one is easier to clean or less noticeable if scratched?

I have the White Note My last phone is now well over 2 years and not so much as a scratch on the glass never used a screen protector but a case of some description I feel is most important and they are relatively inexpensive
 
Neither will get marked if you protect them correctly, Grey is for men, white is for girls.
