Help note 2 hell!

OK so I got a sprint note 2 off Craigslist and it came with this weird almost command screen prompt that will not go away no matter what I do I have a screen shot of it but it will not let me post it :(

Not sure wthout seeing it, but have you got developer options turned on? That could be imposing a display on your home screen.

menu>settings>developer options

I don't know if I should call sprint and ask them what's going on I tried what u said and there was not that option at all

Is it a note 2 (your post) or a note 3 (where you posted)?

That looks like factory mode to me. Is the device rooted? If so, you can fix this with a few simple commands through Android terminal emulator
