I'm in Santa Fe, NM and there are some big forest fires around the area right now. My Note 2 just stopped sending texts and wouldn't complete outgoing calls....so I did a factory reset......still not sending texts or placing calls. My wife's HTC Incredible 4g does and she is on the same carrier....any ideas? Off to Best Buy to put Black Tie to work?

Well if you did a factory reset--then I assume Airplane mode can't accidentally be on--so i would say take it in to Best Buy.
Won't dial out to update PRL.....Oh and the "system" time is off, it says 1309 and it is 0652 right now.....Best Buy here I come.
