Help Note 2 sending duplicate messages.

[excav8ter]

Hey all, my sons Note 2 has been sending duplicate messages lately, it seems to have been a random thing, but he says it's doing it more and more lately. Anything I should look at? My business partner has the Note 2 as well, his phone does the same thing, now that I am thinking about it. Not always.... but a few times day.

Thanks!

Thanks. I will check into what version he is running tomorrow.

I have had a problem receiving a lot of duplicate text messages for quite a while with the Note 2.

assuming that you've rebooted the phone?

His note 2 is still on 4.3
still sending duplicates, but it's not all the time. Seems very random.

I dont think I have ever had to reboot a phone. Is that like a soft reset.
