Help Note 2 slight lag/hiccups while scrolling

Is this simply sort of the tradeoff of having such an amazingly large and awesome screen?

Its not game breaking or anything, its just sort of an annoyance. Ive disabled the Svoice double click home button, and ive been disabling stuff that isn't needed, not sure if theres anything else that can be done.

Its mainly scrolling the internet, some pages worse than others. Not sure if anyone else experienced this but if you have, lemme know if you've just learned to deal with It or found a fix, thanks.

I learned to deal with it. Since fixing this is a little more on the side of how fast the connection is and how the CPU and memory can keep up to the speed of the connection and information dump. Net congestions, network congestions, etc. I guess it all depends on the factors that may be contributing to the lag and slow down.
