I couldn't find anything related to my problem on here so far so I apologize if this is a repeat post.
So in my house my brother and my roommate all have the note 2. Mine is from VZW roommates is ATT and my brother is T-mobile.
Regardless of power saving mode is on or off neither my brothers or my phone will vibrate in vibrate mode unless the screen is on. I checked the notification settings and my brother even wiped his phone to factory reset.
My roommates phone will vibrate in vibrate mode when the screen is off and locked just like I tested ours and I cannot figure out why.
Any suggestions?
