Help Note 3 acting weird this past week....

My Note 3 stared acting weird the past week or so. When I go to wake up the phone, the screen will not come on. I have had to pull the battery several times. The screen will flicker randomly. Also, the battery is draining fast? Never had an issue until this past week.

The weirdes thing, is when I start the phone up, after pulling the battery, the Start screen starts to come up. It will show the samsung logo and then the bottom half it says "Custom" it has a Pad lock thats open on it? Anybody know what this is? I have never tried to root it or anything. Its very frustrating.

Hi, I had exactly what you describe happen after updating to 4.4.2. I needed to go into safe boot and do a factory reset. It's working fine now.

That's not how the huge majority of people receive their phone. If you can't use the phone then you should send it back.
