Help Note 3 automatically forgets networks?

I bought my Galaxy Note 3 a few months ago and recently and just today my phone automatically forgets my registered networks and I have to register again, I had an iPhone 3 before and I always leave my 4G on because I don't really waste data like some phones do. But recently I was at home and my phone forgot my home network and I downloaded a large file that was bigger than my 4G data allowance and got a text after I finished downloading that I had went over costing me over 300 dollars.

Can anyone help me with this problem so this doesn't happen again?

EDIT: Before I downloaded the file I also used a personal hotspot for some friends to connect to then turn off, and then today I connected to my friends hotspot and when I got home it forgot my network again, is this why it automatically forgets my networks?

Welcome to the Android Forums FlameTsubasa. Sounds like you could use a factory reset. A factory reset will place your device into the same condition as when it was fresh from the factory. Then as you re-install your apps try to keep track of what he last one was before you encounter this problem again. Then uninstall it and find a substitute for that app. I'm guessing you had or have a conflicting app issue. But honestly I've never run across this issue before so I really am guessing here.

Looks more like the 'your Internet connection is unstable' bug rearing it's head.

Go to settings, WiFi, hit menu button, tap advanced, turn off 'auto network switch'.
