I have a few questions about this. If i switch to cm on the note 3, will i lose it's exclusive features, like the sPEn and the gestures? I really can't stand the constant freezing and lagginess of touchwiz but i don't want to lose some features. can anyone also provide me a link to where i can download cm for the note 3? i can't seem to find a download link.

Yes, those are closed source and owned by Samsung, so you won't find it on open source ROMs such as CM

Use a launcher.
These will give you a non touch wiz look.
Plus your phone will retain Spen features.
Id suggest nova and holo. And if u have the budget maybe next launcher 3d shell.

I have T-Mobile. I tried Nova and next launched. Somehow touch Wiz still crashed constantly causing lag and freezes.

I'm getting a replacement for this phone. My GPS doesn't work at all either. I'm really regretting buying a Samsung. I held off for years because I knew how buggy and trashy they are and finally gave it.

Don't they test these phones b4 they ship them? What a PITA for the customer!
