best way I found to conserve battery is to turn screen brightness almost all the way down. I have mine set at around 1/8 the way up. It's dim but bright enough to see indoors.
When I have screen brightness at max, my battery drains like a mofo.
I found the vendor ZeroLemon has a 10000 mAH Battery and Case that works really wonderfully. I've been using it for more than 2 weeks now and have only been able to get it down to about 40% remaining charge after 3 to 4 days of moderate use.
I'm not a really heavy usage person, but I don't turn anything off. So it runs with WiFi, Data, Display at Moderate intensity Manual setting, timeout set to 10 minutes for the display, everything active and I'm not really trying to reduce battery consumption via any really aggressive power restrictions.
It does take quite a while to re-charge if it gets below 40% remaining charge, but will get up to 100% overnight if you use a standard AC wall charger.
It comes with what I consider a really good, well fitting case that includes a belt holster. I find that the unit is about the same size as the Note 3 with the Otter Box Defender case on.
And I've found at least one Leather Belt case from Amazon for those time when I want to be more dressy.
I obtained the unit via Amazon.com: Online Shopping for Electronics, Apparel, Computers, Books, DVDs & more so it should be easy to find. Delivery time was acceptable at about 1 week.
