Note 3 Lag Problem

Guys, I think I may have finally found out the cause for the lag.
When I first got the phone, I disabled/turned off CHAT ON.

I just tried to turn it back on again, and guess what.
Now it only takes 1-1.5 seconds to load the contacts even though I've closed it from the task manager.

Hope this is helpful to some of you guys who have this problem as well

Not to kick a dead horse with this thread, but i just deleted Quick Pic and I cant believe how quicker, yes, noticeably quicker my phone opens everything. To be honest it was there since day one and I've always thought my phone was great, now it's even better. Go figure...
