Help Note 3 - Loading a photo

Hello all,

My note 3 is superb and I love it.

My only qualm is when going in to Files - Images, when tapping a photo to load, it takes quite a long time to load first time round.

I've restored the phone and this doesn't seem to resolve the issue.

Tapping anything on most modern smartphones should load the item instantly.

Any tips on how to resolve this?*

Are these photos stored on your SD Card or stored in Internal Memory? Try moving a few pictures from the SD Card to the internal storage and see if they load faster.
Im guessing that it may be your SD Card causing the issue.
