Help Note 3 Screen flickering ,Pink screen on boot

I have Note 3 (SM-N900J) which suddenly the screen started flickering vertically (Scrolling up) and then device turn off and boot to pink screen (check attached ) and fail to start and keep restarting , then I tried to go to recovery mode or download mode but the screen is scrambled , but if i leaf the phone for 1 hour and battery is removed ,the phone starts normal and the problem happen again after 30m of usage . I tried loading firmware gain using odin ,it works for time and them , the problem start again .

I want to know , is this hardware or software problem and what is the solution

Thanks for reply. I never drop it in the water , it just happen suddenly but first was happening for short time and after restart it works fine ,then after few weeks , it become permanent

Hardware; the display panel is defective.

A replacement panel, I'm afraid.

If you have a computer download Kies file then go to samsung and download the newest firmware and programmable hardware for your model note it will come in the form of what is known as a zip file if you can plug your phone into your computer download everything off of your phone that you want into the firmware file along with kies then while the phone is still plugged into your computer hold down the volume up the own key and the lock screen key all the same time until your phone goes black and then some information will pop up and ask you if you wish to delete all information on phone delete it then reinstall firmware from the zip file on your computer and that should fix the problem

Its the dispay problem. Need to replace the display pannel. Its a bit expensive.
