Help note 4 home key pad

Where can I get a home key pad for my note 4. I installed a glass screen protector and want to raise the home key. I had one on a note 3 from a previous phone. Please help!
 
I can't find anything on this on their Web. I found some cheap ones in a store stayed on 1 day. No adhesive. If anybody knows where I can find please advise. The one I had was thick and lasted as long as I had phone. Owner prior said it came with glass protector. I've messaged 10 different sellers. They say they don't know what I'm talking about. Thanks
