It depends on your TV. If you mean infra-red remote, then no - at least not without extra hardware as the Note has no infra-red sender. But there are wifi-based remote control systems and matching apps you can download to control some TVs and AV components, lilke Tivo set top boxes. The CEC standard is another possibility when you connect your Note to a TV via an HDMI cable.
