Note : White or Black

I originally had black. Broke it. Now white. The ceramic white is gorgeous. No regrets.

who cares if people say its a girly color, its different and clean.
White is purity!
I own(ed) many white phones, Sony x10/iPhone3&4/Blackberry 9800/Galaxy S2/Galaxy Tab10.1 all WHITE and beautiful.
I don't think that white really attracts more attention, having a humongous screen whatever the color will definitely attract attention.
I'm getting my SGN this weekend, and guess what color its gonna be......
 
The black phone looks smaller compared to the white. Maybe the color is what makes it smaller. And less chances of getting dirty too .. I love my black notes
 
When i get mine I am opting for a black one (midnight blue) mainly because the Screen is so beautiful... I like how even if you put an all black wallpaper with a single clock widget, you cant tell where the screen ends and where it begins thanks to the super amoLED display showing true black AND thanks to the area surrounding the screen, being black. It wouldnt be the same effect if it was the white phone.

Personally, What I plan to do is buy a Ceramic White battery cover and put it on my black note so i can have the Best of both worlds!!! The front would be black and the back would be white.

I am one of those **Crazy** people who rock their phones without a case but its alright because i keep them in pristine condition without a dumb rubber case or sleeve... so yea, Im getting the note in black, replacing the battery cover with a white OEM battery cover and buying some white OEM samsung in ear headphones

and WHITE is NOT a girly color!!! In My Opinion THEY ARE BOTH ELEGANT and CLASSY
 
I would've got white but I had no say really.

A mate was selling his note brand new unlocked no network bloatware crap on it for two hundred pounds. So can't complain really.

My girlfriend bought a white one and I've gotta say, it looks so much better. The buttons at the bottom seem to glow up more than mine because the light shines through the white casing. Anyone who's seen both in action will know what I mean.

The white just looks crisper.
 
My white Note arrives tomorrow :) I chose white in the vain hope that it will keep the unit cooler. My HTC Desire has a dark case and it gets very hot when used as a satnav - partly because of exposure to sunshine through the car window. But I also think white looks nicer.

Is this not an odd question to post on a forum?
Surely the colour of a device is down to personal taste, what or how can a discussion about it really make your mind up for you? Quite odd.
Also, it's an amazing piece of kit and all you are worried about is what colour to have.... Not how it works or how you can best use it.... Oh, just so you know, there's a pink on available if you are interested ;)
 
White with a black case on top of that and a white case on top of that.

well i would not agree upon that..
when i posted this query.. i had an option to buy Black OR wait (toughest part) for an indefinite period for White to get available.. the opinions provided by other users helped me decide.

eventually this thread grosses the maximum number of views compared to any other thread for Note!! Im sure that alot of users were able to make the right choice for them.

it also brings us to the fact that white is not girly anymore..

Not really - I hope my choice of a white one will help it to keep a little cooler when used in the car as a satnav. That's a practical consideration.

I started believing this the minute I got a white phone. My black ones, I never knew where I last placed them. I highly doubt I'll ever own another black phone again.
 
I got White and my bumper case is Black with White trim. Only because black rubber does not show dirt as much. Consider the resale value too since White devices are always more limited runs.

You need to complete some homework here..
just google 'Note vs iPhone 4s' n u would get a couple of comparison videos on you tube.
decide urself.. :)
