Note2 VS. Note3 screen comparisons?

1. Can you really see much difference with the higher resolution of the Note3 display vs. the Note2?

2. Does the Note3 display seem to be any better outdoors in direct sunlight?

I don't have real-world experience with either one yet, but I can tell you that comparing them side by side at the store the other day, the Note 3 seemed much brighter and sharper to me (albeit both at max brightness).
