When i try to update my samsung galaxy note 2 (GT-N7100) in india from jellybean 4.1.2 to android jellybean 4.3 it says all updates have already been installed. So what should i do to get the update?

Official release is on the way but may take a while to filter through. If you can't wait then you have the option of a few custom ROMs that are based on the official release MK4 - I am personally on Ditto Note 3 v3 which has the Note 3 goodies incorporated over-and-above what you would get with the Stock Samsung ROM. It is very stable, fast and beautifully smooth and still TW based, ohh, and of course rooted.
