Note8 Shipping Thread

Got my email. Tracking says it's already in Knoxville, TN. Wish I could just drive over and get it! Not too far at all. Literally only about 2 hours from me. I find it extremely hard to believe that it would sit that long until Tuesday, but hey, what do I know? I never worked in logistics.
 
Looks like it was in a local facility and ready on sept 1. They put a hold for delivery until the 5th.. Could have had it by Sept 1st or 2nd.. (sprint)

While Samsung has finally charged my account the original confirmation said the ship date was the 11th so I truly don't expect it before then. Meanwhile, I will just lurk around here and enjoy the fun while y'all all get yours earlier.

Has anyone from att seen any tracking numbers yet? I spoke to att on chat today butt they said mine wouldn't ship till Tues, still early early but disappointed that all other carriers are shipping besides them. I should have switched! :(
 
Ordered directly from Samsung. The only progress I've seen, since placing the order at 4am on August 24 is my account pending the charge for the Note 8.

many now are seeming to get it 2 weeks early. AFTER THIS PAINFULLY LONG HOLIDAY, the dam will break open for all. at least you get shipped to home. i gotta wait for in store arrival.

DO YOU HAVE SHOP SAMSUNG APP ON YOUR DEVICE, and have you checked in samsung acct. or checked fedex or UPS in CALENDAR VIEW.

Was just going to ask if anyone has seen any movement from Fedex but seems AMDXP has. Mine still shows at Memphis fedex. No movement, starting to get worried. Been sitting there since 3:10 am


Update: Mine finally moved. It left Memphis last night at 10:45

Wish they would had picked just one day earlier to ship. That way it could have missed the Labor day weekend. Sprint didn't cover Saturday delivery I guess cause it arrived 6:30 this morning at my local facility and has not been delivered. It is just sitting. I called to make sure of pick up times and my UPS local facility is closed Today, Sunday (of course), and Monday for the stupid Labor Day holiday. Looks I am gonna jet over there early Tues morning, cause I am not waiting for my local UPS driver to come rolling in at 5pm like he always does.
Guess I can't complain too much, some people will still have to wait another week or two.

Yes I have the app, it shows nothing. Ironically the website shows my orders as confirmed, though. The checking account charge just popped up yesterday, and it's pending to expire on the 4th.

i can assure, it will post as paid and not pending, soon after labor day or the morning of the 5th. fear not

SO THE SITE IS THE GOTO. OR soon A TRACKING WHEN PENDING TURNS PAID in your own bank acct. ive been sooooooooooooo thru that part...........and dont do OCD LIKE ME every hour.
 
If anyone remembers the Note 7 shipping fiasco, all of the pre-ordered phones sat at the local shipping facilities until Samsung said it was ok to deliver. I remember mine sitting for almost a week.

Oh heck no! That better not be happening again. I will go and raise some hell at UPS if they don't let me have my phone.

I like you. wtg. vent vent. i do. I HAD 2 NOTE 7S, NEVER OWNED EITHER MORE THAN 10 DAYS EACH IN BETWEEN RECALLS.
