Nothing after the yellow triangle on startup

ok, so i just flashed my galaxy s2 from stock ics using the CF-Root method to get it rooted...

odin etc went fine and it passed

now when i turn it on it only shows the startup with the yellow triangle for about 5 secs then blank black screen.... i have to take out the battery to try and turn it on again but it just gets no further?!?

Stuck in a Boot loop. Try flashing it again. As mentioned see if recovery is available. You may need to flash another version of CF root to get things up and running.

@iT0mm0 A very old ninja at that.
mm...well, Similar happened top me the other night when trying another stock rom. I flashed LPG kernel to get it booting again with odin which worled for me. There are a few others to try also.

i assume i can just flash a custom ROM and kernel as usual now?

First I'd boot to recovery and make a nandroid backup of your current setup in case things go south. It's something to fall back on. From there, then kernels or roms as long as you follow the devs guides for install you should be fine.
