Help Nothing will sync (Google, Facebook, etc). Help?

For the last couple of weeks I have noticed that I wasn't getting notified of any emails I was getting. I came to the conclusion on my own that it wasn't syncing. I checked my sync status and Google+, Google music, Gmail, Facebook, basically everything that should be set to automatically sync wouldn't. And when I selected "sync now" it didn't sync. So I'm stuck and nothing works in that department. Internet access etc is completely functional, wifi and 3G.

Phone specs (I'm just going to list all the software information. Not sure how much is needed):
HTC Aria

Thanks. It wasn't on the first page so I thought I would bump.

I actually found a solution. I deleted my contacts storage under Settings >> Applications >> Manage Applications.

Once the space was stored up everything started syncing just fine.
