Help Notifciation Power Controls Color

Hey all.
Does anyone know how to change the colors of the toggles in the notification pull down on UOT Kitchen??

I like Basix, but hate the blue icons on blue background.
I'm assuming its in the Status Bar area, but can't figure out which one it is..

Those icons need to be hand edited in framework-res.apk. I don't remember something from UOT that changes it, no. But I'll take a glance at it later once I get the chance, and see if that jogs my memory.

EDIT: Clarification - While it is necessary to edit the icons by hand if you wish to have other than the blue icons, the background on which they lay can be altered easily in UOT.
So if the Blue on Blue is your problem, just change the background to enhance visibility!
In UOT, under the Status Bar tab, the setting that affect the background is "Header". Change the background there and you'll be all set.
