Notification alerts???

Does anyone know what these notifications are from or app? It’s from android phone

We get a ton of them, per day.
But the least you can do is pull down menu from when you unlock your cell phone.

They are tough to see, but I don't see anything nefarious. If you are concerned, ask. they are probably nothing.

The quotation marks is hangouts. The smiley face looks familiar but could probably be almost anything. You're most likely going to have to ask the person who's phone it is to get an answer on that one.

Go to settings --> notifications after you get another notification to check what app it was. This should help you find your answer!

An old messenger service from Google, I had it a few times, but I did not how to connect with other people on it.

Yes it's just Google's old instant messenger app. I still use it from time to time.
