The past few weeks whenever I wake the screen up and try and slide down the notification bar, there is at least a 5 second delay for the bar to actually slide down. While I wait I can't hit any other buttons. It only happens when I slide the bar down immediately after I wake the phone up.
I have updated the PRL, Profile and HTC updates. No Help. I even did a full factory reset.. still nothing.
