Root Notification Bar, HELP !

Due to my ascend phone case it is hard to drag down my notification bar from the top of the phone. Is there a short cut I can use? thank you.

If you are using a CM7 ROM,you can open your notifications from the bottom of the screen.
Go to SETTINGS>CYANOGENMOD SETTINGS>TABLETS & the option is listed.

Also,go to SETTINGS & button behavior.I believe you can open notifications by selecting an option for it there.
Also,some aftermarket launchers(LAUNCHER PRO.ADW,GO) have swipe options that will allow you to open notifications w/a swipe action.
