Help Notification bar not timing out

[braaaiiins88]

My notification bar is no longer disappearing after a few seconds and I need some advice on how to make it start disappearing again. It stays open in most apps including my browser.
Thanks

I am pretty sure it is not supposed to dissapear by itself ... mine never has. You have to swype up from the bottom af the screen to get rid of it.

Right. But swiping up doesn't make it disappear either. It's always showing and never goes away.

Even if you tap somewhere else on the screen or swipe down from the top?
