yes use UOT Kitchen but only if you are on a deodex rom. odex roms are harder to theme

uot kitchen is pretty simple to use. just get the systemUI.apk and the framework-res.apk from the rom you are using and upload them onto the kitchen, they have a tab for that called file summary(i think thats the one)

then just go into each individual tab for the theming and selct what you want to your liking, and if it ever asks you to select between MDPI, HDPI and two other options always select MDPI
