Notification Blink Interval

Depends on which app is causing the notification. I've noticed gmail and sms notifications are a bit (too) slow blinking, while Facebook and MLB At Bat alerts are faster.
 
I couldn't get the LED notifications to work. I have it all turned on in settings, rebooted phone, played with volume and still nothing. Ended up downloading Light Manager and I was able to change the color of the LEDs and intervals. I can even have the LEDs alternate.

I DL'd Light Manager but I cannot get it to work properly. I've gone through the settings a few times to make sure I have everything correct and I appear to, but none of the notifications I have turned on are working. Also, and possibly related, when I press 'test', the LED does not work, even after turning off the screen. Help?
