Alright, this is a tricky one:
My tech-inept sister did something to her HTC Droid Incredible (she has no idea what), and now it's missing the notification drawer at the top of the home screen. If you click menu --> notifications, nothing happens. It's not only hidden, it seems like it's not even there anymore. She's running stock, hasn't done anything fancy (Except she went on an uninstall frenzy out of a misunderstanding of the application data space problem) and I haven't a clue what the hell happened. Any help on this would be EXTREMELY appreciated.
