If you want stuff to appear in the list of available notifications, you'll need to place a folder on your SD Card called "Notifications" (minus the quotes) and put it in there.

Some phones do not come with the "d-d-d-r-r-r-o-o-o-i-i-i-d-d-d" ringtone. If you want it on your phone you'll likely need to do a search for it on the Internet. You can then do as Olbriar suggests and create a folder on your SD card and place the ringtone there. Once there you can add the ringtone to your phones configuration so it recognizes it as an available ringtone.
