Root Notification Flash Issue

When our phones are plugged in, the notification LED does not blink upon receiving a notification (SMS, mail, etc.); it does blink when the phones are not plugged in.

I would expect it to flash between red and green when its charging and either flash red/green or green/off when fully charged upon notification receipt.

Is this normal (I hope not) or do I have a problem? Is there a workaround/fix?


- Settings | Display | Notification flash | all options are checked
- I'm running ZR3DX ROM and wife is running JMZ stock ODEX

It's normal. It happens on every rom I've used. (Including stock) It'd be cool if there was someway to turn off the light and make it blink green when we received a notification.

Yep it won't do it at least for now. One of the few things I miss from my triumph. Easy reminder also does not seem to work which is too bad as it seemed like it would be a work around at least.

Does anyone know if this is an ICS issue, Sense issue, htc hardware/firmware issue?
