Help Notification Issues

Hey All,

I am running into a problem that is causing me a huge headache. Maybe someone can be of assistance? Basically what is happening is my notifications are not sounding. They will sound for a few minutes and then its like it is in silent mode. If I restart the phone the issue goes about for about 10 mins. This is really starting to drive me nuts! I am a regional manager for sprint and I cant afford to miss one text. Can someone help me?

Also if I do a factory reset on my phone with it being rooted is there a certain way to reset it or can I do it like normal. Heres my specs

You just do a factory reset the same as normal. I have not experienced your particular problem, so I can't really help you with that.

I think you mean rooted with ics = ice cream sandwich. Anyhow the version you have is old and the notification bug has been fixed since then. Flash the latest leak. We are on android 4.0.4 now too
