Help notification LED not working

Hi,
I noticed a few days ago that my notification LED isn't working.

Doesn't come on when I get an LED etc,
doesn't even come on when I put the phone on charge.

Anyone else have this?

Is the screen off? Mine only gives me the led notifications while the screen is off.

i've even tried one of those LED test programs from play store, still no light.

I'm wondering if it's worth contacting Samsung about.

Do you have blocking turned on? If not then maybe the led is toast. Might be a good idea to try a factory reset.

I had initially installed light flow on my phone because I like it's customization options. However, I found out that if you use lightflow or any app that uses the accessibility options it will disable the samsung keyboard.

So I disabled the lightflow service but left it installed. I noticed my LED notifications weren't working and it wasn't until I uninstalled light flow that everything started working again.

Well, not sure what it was, until I had this problem I hadn't installed any LED type programs.

After a few days, it started working again, can't explain it, but it's working now.
