Notification light?

So what does the Note 2 have for a notification LED light?

What colors and what do they mean?

Can you modify it?

When the battery is fully charged and still connected to a power source, mine shows green. However, that is very rare to see as the battery on this thing is a beast! :D
 
Blue = notification
Red = charging (however I've noticed some apps will use the red notification light as well)
Green = fully charged
Orange = charge your phone
